[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Transaction failed but the money debited from my account

I have done transaction on paytm upi on 18 December 2021 2:40 PM of Rs 22000 which was failed and the money got debited from my account its been more than two working days as per npci and the bank has not paid my amount back
I have tried to reach both the Paytm and sbi customer care but the Paytm days to reach the sbi and sbi says to reach the paytm so no satisfactory answer
I am worried about my money
Please help ASAP

I reached out to both the paytm and sbi customer care, The sbi customer care do not behave properly but the NPCI and Paytm jointly solved my issue, First of all reach the paytm twitter handle and then npci twitter handle the issue get solved, Do not panic Money will be back in 3-5 working days Tip- If you are sbi customer then avoid the major transactions using upi apps like paytm, phonepe, Googlepe because if the money get deducted its not their fault its bank server fault and then bank did not respond so avoid major transactions 2.If you have any major transaction then do using Yono sbi or the bhim sbi pay the benefit here in this case is resolution is fast because they are run by sbi 3.Use the payment banks for transaction because there are less chances to fail the transaction 4.At last avoid online transactions using sbi, sbi do not want customers
