State Bank Of India [SBI] — two emi for one product | |||
Hi, I brought a mobile on 14th july 2019 from flipkart using sbi credit card. For the same i requested sbi for flexipay installments. On 27th flipkart also booked for installments, since then i am getting two emi in monthly statement. When i talked with sbi customer care executive to cancel one emi he told me to pay all future installments for one and keep one paying. This means i will have to pay twice for the same product. I contacted flipkart also, they said that they are received only one payment from sbi. Sbi customer support is not helping me. Instead of credit, they are asking me all future installments in cash as cancellation charge. Please help me for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
