Dear sir,
I am A P Dora, from Lalganj. Sir I got a msg on phonepe about 2500 cash back, then I got a call from [protected] about cash back.At the same time I got another call for 3 times from [protected], which is in waiting.
Sir then he ask me to select the link which is in the msg... I was in bus so i didnt read the msg i just select the link... Then my money was deducted from my account one after one.
Total amount deducted around 23000 through phonepe. These are the msg details and transaction details.

Sir plz help me... My no. [protected]

    I was transferring my salary from one account to another using IMPS, money was deducted but I didn't receive it in my other account, I have also received SMS from SBI that the transfer has failed, please reverse the amount deducted from my account.

    I never faced issues with my other bank account, IMPS supposed to be immediate, if it fails it should be returned immediately, I started hating SBI, I will not advise anyone to take SBI accounts.

      My name is Manoj kumar and I had ordered jack&jones Men solid slim fit t shirt of RS 519 in Amazon on 14Oct 2019
      With UPI payment method and after I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 18Oct 2019
      Amazon initiated the amount to my upi but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
      [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi Bank doesn't have such policy. So
      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My UPI id is [protected]@paytm which is linked with SBI account

            I have been charged with 2950/- on 06 nov 2019 for non submission of rc book copy against my car loan account[protected].
            1) neither the bank has intimated me regarding the same nor they told me during documentation of loan.
            2) no circular copy issued to customer mentioning the deduction of penalty for non submisson of rc book copy
            3) debited amount from my account without my permission

            This clearly shows the fraudulent attitude of sbi.
            Requested for early reversal of amount.

              I ordered a product in 456 from amazon on 4-5 october and pay the online payment method. But after some time i cancelled my order and request to refund from amazon. Then amazon did refund on 4-5 october which is not received me. Afterwards i contacted the customer care of sbi and amazon. But i didn't received refund. So it is my humble request. Please solve to my problem. I hope refund will be in my sbi account as soon as possible.

                My name is Abhishek Kumar Acharya and I had ordered a Philips BT50B Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker of Rs1099 in Amazon on 15-Oct-2019 and after 21-Oct-2019 I returned this order due to personal reason.And on 21-Oct-2019 Amazon initiated the Amount to my card but I didn't get the money.Amazon sent this reference number(290988) and told me to file charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy.So kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.                 I'm Suganth. On 9th October 2019 I have recharged my number through My Jio app transaction via phonepe and amazon pay. Two times Rs 398 had deducted but jio denied that no amount was credited. UTR NO are[protected] and[protected]. Bank branch not helped me.

                    Sir, i have done an online transaction on amazon using sbi upi method. Later the order was cancelled and amazon initiated the refund to my bank account. Amazon got a refrence number from sbi after payment refund initiation. But Sbi bank still have not refunded my balance in my bank account. Incident was initiated by amazon on 2nd October 2019 and now its 5 nov 2019, sbi still has not returned my balance into my main account.

                      I have taken maxgain home loan from sbi karkardooma. Od account is opened in vivek vihar branch.

                      No one has provided complete information, it is like they themselves are not aware of the product.

                      I have submitted 10 lac in od account but available balance is showing 50k less.

                      No reply on email & no answer on call/whatsapp.

                      Toll free numbers, 1 is for only yono, 1 is not connecting, 1 is having lots of disturbance.

                      I have registered in yono also but they cannot help in this regard.

                          It is to intimate that on 4.11.2019 at 5.57 pm, transaction of rs.5000/= wrongly has been through phonepe from my sbi account no.[protected].
                          Vide utr:[protected].
                          In this regard i contacted to customer care sbi but they refused to help me. Sbi customer care said that contact phonepe.
                          It is matter of transaction from sbi bank so i visited the sbi branch sector 61, noida but branch said that we deal n take care the transactions which are done by our system not phonepe system.
                          Details of transaction is enclosed herewith for reference.
                          It is requested that action may be initiated with concerned to get refund my hard money.

                          It is to remind you that I have registered complaint on 5.11.2019 and matter was also reminded on 13.11.2019 but yet no action has been taken by sbi bank.to get refund Rs.5000/-.

                            A refund of 1698 rupees was successfully processed on 16 october, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                            I have called the state bank of india customer service and disscused all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I have took a personal loan in 2016, and today when i checked the loan account statement there are other two debits - fine arr adjustment and interest which is being added to the balance to be paid amount. And while calculating the total amount of charges, have exceeded more than rs. 10000. Even after paying each and every emi on time without any delay there are debits which sbi has never informed us....

                                On 4th november 2019 my sbi debit card account was deducted by amount 16800 rs in the name - othpg[protected]google*aloads[protected]. With out my notice not even got otp

                                I visited my home branch manager to seek information about the deduction, he also raised the complaint and told me to register complaint in police station.

                                So i request you to take the complaint and resolve the issue

                                  My name is ashu munjal, i ordered a jacket on amazon for ₹1008 for that i paid rs 190 from amazon pay and remaining from my debit card on 18th oct 2019 (Order id[protected] but on 24th oct i returned the order and amazon initiated refund on 24th oct 2019 but my refund is still not credited in my bank account. Amazon has given me a reference no. 275103 and told to raise a dispute in bank but both the parties are not raising any dispute and bank is deniying this reference no. Given by amazon and not raising dispute. Kindly respond to my complaint its very urgent.
