State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unauthorised paytm google pay transactions in my savings account

I would like to state that i am a savings bank account holder in state bank of india, sakkardara, nagpur branch. Ia rarely do transactions from this account. On 26th august i checked my account mini statement, it showed me paytm and googlepay transactions which i haven't made. I got shocked as i never got any message for otp for any of the transactions on my registered mobile number. Today i went to bank and got my passbook printed and was shocked as there has been regular deductions in my account since 31st july 2020 till date and the total money deducted through these transactions till date is around rs. 40000/-. The atm is safe with me at my home and no sms's regarding any deduction nor any of the time got message for otp to process any transaction.
