State Bank Of India [SBI] — withdraw hold placed on account, cannot use my hard earned money

I got a message from SBI saying :- Dear Customer, STOP has been placed on your Acc XXXXX485975 for the reason Other Reasons Part. .-SBI

Earlier, some amount was put on hold by cyber cell in my account which the manager said i had no need to worry about since it will be resolved eventually.

But i recently got the message that my whole account has been stopped and all withdrawls have been stopped, I use this account to pay for my expenses and even SIP's are paid for using this account.

This action goes against the high court ruling and RBI guidelines where they say that only the amount is allowed to be put on hold and the whole account cannot be frozen. Kindly look into it ASAP!
