I have ordered the one plus 3t cover (Bidi master) on 5th nov - around 3 pm and paid money via paytm,

I have mentioned the contact details as below, but havent received any notification or confirmation from your end.

All mobiles are switched off and ticket is not accepting a problem.

I have ordered directly without logging in. So how would i come to know about my order.
Its been 9 days i have got no replay and cover is not delivered yet.
