[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — mobile case ordered but not delivered | |||||
I ordered a redmi note 5 pro cover on 9th october with order no. 604602. Its been a week and it shows still processing. I paid them rs. 199 through debit card. They are also not receiving any calls nor replying emails. I want my order to be delivered soon or i want my money back. This is a fraud site, it should be banned from any promotion in any of the social websites. Wish i had read these complaints before, hoping for some action... L Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After filing the complaint I received a mail from the customer executive and my I got the package on the next day itself.
The quality of cover is worth the price but the company service is pretty bad. Stayclassy.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
