[Resolved]  Stayclassy.in — order not being tracked

My order ID = 1388145
Order date = 23/03/2019
Order total =348/- Rs.
Payment method = upi/paytm

I oder 2 case and after successfully payment they show on website payment failed. But money redeemed from bank account.
They are not show response helpline number is switch off all the time. And provide fake Emai id. Please solve issue.
Attached screenshot.
Please give me assurance of delivery or refund my amount

My Stayclassy Order[protected]_1303 reflecting delivered as per Stayclassy but i have not received the same. Despite numerous reminders to stayclassy they are not supporting/entertaining.

Can you please strictly blacklist this fake website looting consumers money.
