I have ordered a POCO X2 mobile cover on 7th January 2024. I am not getting any support from the provided contact number as well as the mail id. Hence I want to cancel my order. Also I want refund of rs.349 which includes mobile cover price of rs 299 + shipping charges of rs.50. Please cancel my order asap and initiate the refund of rs.349.

Hello, stay classy it's been 4 days since my order is showing currently processing. Please ship my order asap

I have ordered a product on 23 December 2023, via website of Stayclassy. Since then i am receiving a mail stating the product is packed but when I tried contacting the support number as shared over the mail, it is always switched off or out of service. Shared a mail stating to get an update on the product still there is no response.

I want my product delivered at the earliest or refund back the amount with interest.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding Order ID5068508, placed on December 12th, which has yet to be shipped. Despite receiving a Blue Dart tracker, my attempts to contact them have been futile as the order remains pending. The phone is still switched off.

Post-ordering, I received messages from StayClassy on December 20th, 23rd, and 24th, stating that the order is packed. However, upon checking the tracking link, it consistently shows "pickup rescheduled, " adding to my frustration.

Efforts to reach Stay Classy's contact number listed on the website have proven unsuccessful, with repeated calls going unanswered. Today, the phone appears to be switched off, compounding my frustration.

This lack of responsiveness is deeply troubling, especially considering my deadline. I insist on immediate action and request a prompt update on the status of my order. My expectation is for delivery by the end of the day on December 18th. Incase of any further delay, I would like to cancel my order and claim for refund.

Order #5056330 was placed on November 21, 2023 and is currently Processing. But till now I have not found any information regarding my product . And whenever I call they haven't give any response.

I have ordered one Mahadev Glass Back cover for One plus Nord CE 3 (5G) on 21/Nov.

And still didn't get any update for Shipping. As I'm also from Ahmedabad.
At the same your phone number is not reachable whenever trying to call.

So let me know my order status and pls update ASAP.

I ordered two phone covers on 9th of
November. There has not been any update
in the order status and it is just showing
"Processing" since ordering. The customer
care number is Off. I have emailed them, messages on Instagram and commented on Instagram. But there is no response. I had prepaid 498 for the order.

This is a fake website really..i ordered two tee shirt and they sent me only one ..of XL ..my kids tee is missing...
The email no one responds and the the phone number is bogus
The quality of product is also not worth it

On my order #5029700..I paid money for 2 tee shirts on 26 oct..after that no amount of emails or call (it's a fake phone number) i could get through to them ..

Once I complained on this site they did manage to send me only the XL tee shirt ..my kids tee is missing..and as usual in cannot call the company or the delivery cos no one knows..

I ordered two India team jerseys from this website but from past 1 week there is no update. They gave some fake bluedart tracking id which says pickup rescheduled. They don’t respond to any calls or emails. The order is also not getting displayed in my account section on their website. This is a fraud website which takes money but doesn’t send products to the customer. I called/emailed them multiple times but there was no response regarding my issue. Please help me to get my money back.

I had ordered two T-shirts from this website on 1st November 2023. From last 5-6 days every morning I get a message from them saying that order is packed. They have given some fake Bluedart tracking number which shows pickup rescheduled and nothing else. They don’t even respond to any calls/emails. Please help. I have placed my order with stayclassy.in and it's been more than 15days that I dont have any update on my order.

I tried reaching them out via their customer support number and email but still there is no update.

Their contact number is not working and they are not replying on email either.

It's a fraud company, please beware. They are running promotional ads on instagram and fooling people.
