          I have placed an order on 09 November 2023 for oneplus nord ce3 glass back cover worth Rs349 including delivery fee as there was no COD option, which is strange and also the order details i have the screenshot proof from razor pay for payment but i haven't received any messages from stayclassy and i cannot track my order it says invalid order number, their customer care number is switched off 24x7 and they are not responding via email or their instagram either. i do believe i have gotten scammed it is really suspicious, My order is #5048873

            This is a fake website really..i ordered two tee shirt and they sent me only one ..of XL ..my kids tee is missing...
            The email no one responds and the the phone number is bogus
            The quality of product is also not worth it

              On my order #5029700..I paid money for 2 tee shirts on 26 oct..after that no amount of emails or call (it's a fake phone number) i could get through to them ..

              Once I complained on this site they did manage to send me only the XL tee shirt ..my kids tee is missing..and as usual in cannot call the company or the delivery cos no one knows..

              Most hopeless website ever . ABSOLUTELY FRAUD..THE ONE TEE I GOT IS NOT EVEN UPTO THE MARK!!!

                I ordered two India team jerseys from this website but from past 1 week there is no update. They gave some fake bluedart tracking id which says pickup rescheduled. They don’t respond to any calls or emails. The order is also not getting displayed in my account section on their website. This is a fraud website which takes money but doesn’t send products to the customer. I called/emailed them multiple times but there was no response regarding my issue. Please help me to get my money back.

                  I had ordered two T-shirts from this website on 1st November 2023. From last 5-6 days every morning I get a message from them saying that order is packed. They have given some fake Bluedart tracking number which shows pickup rescheduled and nothing else. They don’t even respond to any calls/emails. Please help. I have paid 998 rupees for the order and looks like it went in vain. This company doesn’t care about its customers.

                    I cannot track the order
                    they simply gave random blue dart tracking id it seems
                    also unable to contact on thier phone numbers
                    no one picks up or answers the call
                    seems completely fishy and fraud

                        I have placed my order with stayclassy.in and it's been more than 15days that I dont have any update on my order.

                        I tried reaching them out via their customer support number and email but still there is no update.

                        Their contact number is not working and they are not replying on email either.

                        It's a fraud company, please beware. They are running promotional ads on instagram and fooling people.

                        As your order was delayed for quite long time, we are giving you refund through the same way you'd done payment to us and you'll get the refund amount into your account within 2-3 days after completion of whole banking process.

On contacting the company they say that they will dispatch the order on the same day but they never do. I have received atleast 5 messages saying that the order has been packed. The contact for the support team is always busy. Requesting you to help me with the same as the order was supposed to be a gift.

                                  I had placed an order on October 19 for 4 jerseys and every other day I receive an email and sms saying the order is packed. The order doesn't get dispatched and when contacted via email they say that they will dispatch it that day itself but they never do. The phone number is also busy even after calling 5 times.                                     Hi,
                                    I have ordered Indian Team T-Shirt on 21st of October. Paid ₹ 549/- through Online Payment gateway. Today is 30th of October. Still no any update from company. Even calling on their customer care did not got any proper response. Some thime Customer Care won't pick the call only. Still Item has not dispached where on their site it is mentioned that within 5-9 days will receive. But still is not dispached only. Customer Support over the phone is very bad. They just talk as if they are doing any Charity. We have paid and we need the justice. As soon as this complaint received, request the company to process the order and update details with appropriate documents.
