I ordered two mobile cases which worth₹.388 from this website (www.stayclassy.in.) till now there is no reply from them.the help centre number is switched off and they are not responding to mail which they have provided to contact.i want my money back or the mobile cases to be delivered soon.if they are not replying I will definitely file a complaint in cyber cell.

    I have ordered a back covers on 11th february 2018 my order no is 108892 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 219 through paytm. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist...

      It's a fraud!
      I ordered 3 mobile cases worth rs.600/-, there is no information about when it will be delivered. The number provided on the website is fake, infact the shipping/ return address mentioned in the details of the company is a fake. Their email id does not exist i. E. [protected]@stayclassy.in
      Support tickets are useless.
      I even tried to reach them on their facebook page, and as expected there was no response.

        It's a fraud!
        Same thing happened with me. I ordered 3 mobile cases, the number provided is fake, infact the shipping address mentioned in the details is a fake. Their email id does not exist i. E. [protected]@stayclassy.in
        Those tickets are useless.
        I even tried to reach them on their facebook page, and as expected there was no response.

        There should be an enquiry over this!

            Hi i had recently ordered 2 phone cases with order number 105808 for which i had also made online payment. Since then there is no update on the order. Neither of their customer care and mail ids are working. There is no communication from their end. It’s a fake site just cheating people.
            How can we communicate with them and resolve the issue. Anyone who had gone through this problem please let us know a solution for this.

            According to me we should file a complaint in the cyber crime cell, as money is involved, and it's a fraud.

            hi guys! i have too been through the same.
            i ordered on 8th February, as u people know there was no communication from their end.so i waited till 12th February for atleast a freaking information about when i am going to receive my covers so i contacted them in every possible way .
            but yes unlike you i got a response from them on Facebook saying that the order will be dispatched on 13th and i will get them by 14th. and i am still counting the days.
            let us do something.
            this is an issue.

                      This is one website who gave an add on instagram for mobile covers.
                      We made a payment of rps 1300 for 9 covers and then realised that their mail id or contact no. Doesn't exits at all.
                      There was no cod option so the payment was made through credit card.

                      Can we please know what we have to do next so that we get our money back and stop others from losing theirs

                      I have ordered two customized sipper bottles and one of them is faulty. I tried contacting them on phone by email by raising a ticket and none responded. I will not recommend this site.

                      Please do the necessary arrangements to either replace or refund the amount.

                      I ordered for a Mobile case on 12th of April'22 but it is still not delivered. When I try to call for customer support l, it says the number is switched off. I also mailed them regarding the same, but didn't get any response back. The courier tracking status says it has been RTO. How am I supposed to get my money back ?

                        I want my money back fraudsters... I have placed my order on 25th jan 2018 and the site still says the order is processing.. Online payments was mandatory and thus i have paid and these frauds were so quick in sending sms and emails and now there's no sign of getting my delivery.. Even the email id and number provided is fake these might be a small amount but these types of website should be taught a lesson they can't just run away by cheating people.. This is totally unprofessional and someone should answer us or guide us about doing something against this fake website

                            I paid for a phone case and these frauds were quick in sending the confirmation mail but after that there's been no advancement whatsoever. All they are displaying is 'under processing'. I have seen may other victims who have fallen prey to these frauds & i think it's time this # are arrested.                                 Fraud!!! Fraud!! Fraud!!
                                I have been looted by stayclassy.in
                                I ordered 4 mobiles cases from this website on 8 jan 2018 with order #86649 and it is still in processing.
                                The phone number given by them is switched off.
                                I created 3 tickets on their website and i got just same reply everytime, 'we will ship your order in 2-3 days' and nothing is happening
                                I want my money back.

                                IT'S A FRAUD!
                                Same thing happened with me. I ordered 3 mobile cases, the number provided is fake, infact the shipping address mentioned in the details is a fake. Their email id does not exist i.e. [protected]@stayclassy.in
                                Those tickets are Useless.
                                I even tried to reach them on their Facebook page, and as expected there was no response.

                                I'm going to lodge a cyber crime report regarding this company!

                                I too ordered two phone cases two days before..till now I didn't get any reply from them...the help centre number is not reachable and switched off...

                                  I ordered my mobile case from stayclassy.in (Order #32991) i got the product but it was too loose for my mobile so i raise my concern with several tickets and their phone number always switched off (As provided by the website-[protected]) the company is so fraud that they never share the details for my refund or replace.

                                  I know..i tried their phone number hundred of times but always given number switched off...but recently i got their reply on my phone number when i message on fb stayclassy page so you can try there also here is the link https://www.facebook.com/Stayclassy.in/ and message them to delivere my product ASAP.otherwise i will filled compaint to consumer forum

                                    Order id 85243 it’s been a week and i haven’t received any update on the product (Mobile cases). I tried calling on the number available on the website, the number is also switched off, later on, i raised the ticket then to this fraudster kept on saying it will take more 2-3 days to get delivered.
                                    Yet the order is not dispatched also. This is not the professional way of doing business. Even today i tried to check the status with the order i’d still the same thing

                                      I have ordered phone cases worth rs.745 on 6 january 2018. No progress or dispatch details yet even after 12 days. Online payment was mandatory and thus i have paid it. Also the only number available is switched off. Refund request too cannot be iniatiated there of. Ultomayely i have lost the money and no sign of the products reaching me as well. Somethingdone against such fraud sellers.

                                        I had ordered Phone cases from Stayclass.in for which payment of INR 548/- was made but it is not delivered yet and no response from company and customer service number is also switched off. My order number is 88207. Please help. Even their mail id are not working. When a mail was sent I had got a reply stating no such mail id exists. This problem has been reported by many people. Wish i had read these complaints earlier, i had not ordered anything from this website.

Further I cannot raise complaints in this site. I have been checking for some update since 7days but no update till now.

                                        hi guys! i have too been through the same.
                                        i ordered on 8th February, as u people know there was no communication from their end.so i waited till 12th February for atleast a freaking information about when i am going to receive my covers so i contacted them in every possible way .
                                        but yes unlike you i got a response from them on Facebook saying that the order will be dispatched on 13th and i will get them by 14th. and i am still counting the days.
                                        let us do something.
                                        this is an issue.
