I have purchased a basic model tread mill from Stay fit coimbatore and found the motor not worked in proper manner.Hence I have informed to the seller and he sent a personal .But he came and simply put some oil in it and made it running temporary and charged Rs.1500/ as service charge.The next day I found the tread mill repair and informed to their Bangalore office Mrs.Pavithra and Coimbatore Dealer on 27.06.2015 .But my complaint yielded no response from Stayfit till now.

    I purchased a DB-13 few weeks back and when the product was delivered the outer body was broken and the delivery people promised that it will be replaced in a day or two. But even after repeated phone calls no one turned up. The product is so useless that after a week o[censored]sage the belt get disconnected so often and every time I call their service people they take 2 days to come and fix it. The other funny thing is the service people are available only from 11 AM to 5 PM meaning you have to take off to be at home when they come and fix it. Even though these visits were due to faulty product they count it against your four free service. On top of that they charge Rs 200 as conveyance fee for the free service. Never seen such a scam. Please avoid such a useless after sales service company.

      Not attending to AMC commitment visit

      I am living in Bangalore and have paid for an annual maintenance of my treadmill. Despite several reminders the representative of Stayfit does not visit my house even though the appointment is scheduled earlier.       I have paid for 2 year long Annual Maintenance Contract to Stay Fit for my Tread Mill on April 2014. Under the AMC I was promised a subscription of a Heath Magazine for 1 year. However, till November 2014 (more than 6 months), I have not received a single magazine from the company. The help lines of Stay Fit do not respond, make false promises and are of no help.

        Hello, I had bought a treadmill from Stayfit Fitness Equipment India but then they could not deliver the product and hence the request was cancelled, I had 10000 rupees through cash and the rest 44000 i had opted for bajaj finance, but now they don't return the money to bajaj finance even after cancellation of the product and bajaj finance is deducting the amount from my account. My bajaj loan account is 404SCE02048689 which they haven't closed because they don't return the amount

              We purchased T2 threadmil from stayfit centre koramangala. Within 3 months it started giving problem as the motor was not working. In fact smoke was coming one and we lodged a complaint. It was not working inspite of change motor twice. They promised to service again or help us in selling it but no action taken and 10 months over. It is lying unused and we have spent around 35000 for the product which is not worth the money. I request to take necesaary action against them
              I bought Stay fit threadmill from koramangala in May 2013. Till now they have not sent any body for service. Very bad service from stayfit.

                I purchased an Elliptical trainer on 30th June 2013 at Stayfit BEL Road, Bangalore. The salesman told me that the delivery will happen on the same day as purchase since the DOllar rates will change the next day. We cancelled all appointments and stayed at home to receive the product.
                However, at 6 pm I get a call from them that the product will be delivered the next day. I think this was very unprofessional on their part.
                I had to take leave the next day to get it delivered just because of these liers who sell products but dont care about customers.
                How will hey make up for my lost appointments? How will they assure me that next time they will not lie like this?

                The worse was yet to come.The next day I reached out to their customer service folks. Stayfit has by far the worse customer service team I have ever experienced. It is an irony that the customer service Supervisor (Rakshitha) was the worst of the lot. She called up the junior (Chaitra)who transferred her call and blasted her for transferring my call to her. I could hear all this clearly. The customer executives were very rude and became defensive.
                If the start with Stay Fit so bad, I can imagine how the future service will be. I regret buying StayFit product. I will not recommend it to anyone.

                  I bought this one Elliptical trainer from Stayfit and it is of such bad quality that the tension belt breaks off every 10-15 days o[censored]sage. Every time I lodged a complaint the technician used to come after 1-2 months of followup and replaced the belt only to be broken in another 10 days.

                  Finally I asked for a product replacement after the belt broke on 15th Decemeber, 2012. No one has come since that day to even replace the belt and does not even pick my calls.

                  I want to lodge customer complaint against the company as well as request others to be careful not to buy anything from this bad company.

                    Hi,

                    We had bought a treadmill from Stayfit Bangalore for approx Rs 50000/- on 21st April'12. The machine gave us lot of problems like whenever we would use the machine, the machine would turn off and my entire house electricity would trip off, there was also a burning smell from the motor. We complained to the Stayfit service department, they sent their service team and checked the machine and informed us that the motor had burnt and hence the machine was giving problems. The motor repairing took several weeks and we kept following up with them. After they repaired the motor, the machine again gave the same problem, this time they took the entire machine to their service station and again took several weeks to repair it. Finally after multiple follow ups and escalation to their manager over a phone call they told us that they will provide us with a replaced machine. They replaced the machine on 9th August'12 and again after 2 to 3 weeks the new machine started giving us same problems, we called stayfit again and they said that we should get a stabalizer for the machine and they will also send a person to check the machine. Their reprensentative never came and we were travelling so we finally we bought the stabilizer from their store for another Rs 3000/- in December'12, even after using the stabilizer the machine kept giving us the same issue, Now on 12th Jan'13 they have finally taken the machine again for repair. This is a clear case of defective machine. Can someone help me with the process of filling a consumer compliant?

                        I bought a bike from Stayfit in Jayanagar, Bangalore.
                        From the beginning I had problems and could not use it effectively as it used to switch off in between, Later the console did not switch on at all. Stayfit sent their service personnel several times and they could not rectify it, now after 4 months of experiment at my house, they have taken it back. Now they are asking me to exchange this with a new one by paying extra money!!
                        This is a clear case of cheating, faulty equipment which they could not repair and I was never able to use it properly after paying the money, now they are asking me to pay more money to exchange with a new one!!

                          I have bought a tread mill from STAY FIT model SF199 from Double Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Bill No 159. I have lodged a complaint as the tread mill motor winding has wornout with in six months (complaint is No 4126).
                          Each and every time i called they told they will send a replacement motor and NO BODY HAS TURNED UP. They delayed deliberately so that the warrenty expired. I went had a fight with sales manager, and the response was pathetic. My sinciere suggestion is DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM STAY FIT, else you will loose your mental fitness...

                            i purchased a treadmill Proform PF 3.6 from Stayfit exercise equipment Indranagar (tele no[protected] bangalore. the entire cost Rs 54000/- was paid in advance before delivery. The machine was delivered on 06 Dec. On checking it was found that one part of the machine ,(the displayed heart rate meter ) was not working.

                            On further querry with the terchnician it was learnt that this particular brand of machine has a design problem and yet the company has been dumping this machine to the customers. the problem has been projected by stayfit to the designers of this machine. the machine is an american machine and is not suiting indian electrical standards.

                            i have not signed the recepit of the machine. yet no one is bothered to receive my calls. they only say that their mechanic will coem and rectify it whereas its now known that its a design prob.

                            i would like to know how to accertain that Stayfit has not been fooling other customers on this count. secondly, how to solve this issue. i want to ensure that stayfit does not market this product with defect on the design

                            Agree with Sanjeev. Have similar but far worst experience. Bought PF3.6 and stabilizer from Stayfit
                            Hyderabad. Threadmill had problems every three months. Service is bad.

                            a. Three months after purchase had electrical problem and was fixed by stayfit.
                            b. Six months after purchase electronic card was damaged and replaced by refurbished electronic card
                            by stayfit.
                            c. Nine months after purchase motor was damaged and replaced by refurbished motor by stayfit.

                            Its been fourteen months after purchase its broke again. It works for ten minutes and shuts itself off.

                              Motorised Tread Mil — Cheating to Customer

                              Dear Sir,
                              I bought a Motorised T/ Mil from Body Line Sports, 14D, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata, Pin-700 019 (Phone No[protected]/97) on 22.08.09 (Bill N0.1331). I fully paid the amount Rs.26900/- on 04.09.2009. At the time of purchasing the item i cleared that i am staying in Jamshepur and i was been told that this amount includes one year warranty, installation chagres and service charges.
                              But unfortunately when i asked them to visit to my place at Jamshedpur for the installation and Demonstration, they now asking me to pay Rs.1300 in advance for Instalation and service which is against the conversation of before buying.
                              My humble prayer and as honest customer please take care of this matter and help me in solving the problem at the earliest.

                              I truely agree with above comments. Which government body we can approch against Stayfit? Is it court or some consumer forum? I would appreciate your prompt response.

                              I Prahallad has bought S I6 Motorised thread mill from Secunderabad on 1-Oct-2009.

                              Bill Number is 766 taken in the name of Mr.Ram

                              Immediatley after 5 months the motor has stopped working.

                              Inspite of repeated services of 8 times from July 2010 onwards there is no replacement of the motor.

                              On 17-Sep-2010 we received a call from service center and they said that the motor was never replaced and it was only repaired to fix the problem. This was contrary to what they had promised for in the warranty period.

                              Till date they told us that this is a new motor which they have replaced with the old one, but on 17-Sep-2010 they mentioned that it is the same motor which is repaired.

                              We had a talk with company executive at secunderabd with which we are unhappy. He has gone to the extent of saying that we are not giving them proper time to repair whereas they are servicing this from July 2010 onwards for 8 consequetive times causing a loss to our precious time, mental presuure, tensions.

                              I have written proofs of the mail communications to staty fit customer care to which they had replied only once initially and hence after there was no replies from there end.

                              so I am filling a complaint in consumer court regarding product which is in warrenty period.

                              Stayfit cheats customers, be very careful and never buy anything from this company. I bought a bike, a new one, which never worked, they have now taken it back and neither the equipment nor the money has come back!

                              Please try and make people aware of this cheating company or else more people will lose their money.
                              I am now filing a cheating case.
                              PLS DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM STAYFIT- I am a victim customer.
                              I have the same kind of experience regarding service & commitments from stayfit. I purchased elliptical bike on 8 dec 2011. Since then it went out of order four times. Initially, I thought it will be rectified but after second failure I asked replacement of the model. After third failure I had asked to refund of the amount as the equipment used to be under breakdown for more time rather than available for exercise. Now after fourth failure I am requesting either refund or to provide replacement by other equipment & I had agreed to pay the price difference too. The company (stayfit) does not have any firm stand on this issue. Sometime I have been asked to choose another equipment as replacement and when selected, they says that the selected model is out of stock. Surprisingly now they says that equipment can not be replaced. I am planning to seek help from consumer court.

                                i have bought a stayfit treadmill automatic one with 1 year guarantee. 1month after the guarantee period is over the running pad(wooden) got a crack. when i asked the stayfit service guys to replace they told that guarantee period is over. now when i am ready to pay they are charging double the amount of the running pad. when i called up for reason in Hyderabad where i bought they are saying that this is the cost and its not available locally. when i called up head office Bangalore i was shocked to know the running pad(machine part)value is half the amount.But even from head office no response till now. So easily these guys cheat customers. So i request people when buying this kind of products by spending large amount check whether they are giving more than 1 year guarantee and replacing of parts available locally in India.

                                I completely agree with this view. We got a cross trainer from the same company. It is creating some problem or the other every 3-4 months. Recently, we faced a problem with the equipment. Stayfit services people are very incompetent to handle the complaint.It is more than 1 month since we registered the complaint. They are very insensitive to this. Every time, we need to call them. They don't bother to attend the complaint. They are very unprofessional. Finally, when they attended to the problem, they were not able to solve it properly. The machine broke down again, which they have not fixed again. Overall, it is a bad experience in purchasing an equipment from Stayfit Bangalore. People should think twice before investing in purchasing fitness equipment from this company.
                                I fully agree, We have had a very bad experience with Stayfit, they gave us a faulty bike 1 year back and till today it is not rectified, finally they have taken the equipment back and neither paid back the money nor given back the equipment.
                                I also have similar problem with this company. My T1 treadmill from Stayfit started to be jerky within six months of purchase. The customer care is very insensitive to calls and emails. They never keep their oppointment times, never call back and the incompetent service reps can only oil the equipment and nothing else. Our complaint is two months old and still unresolved. For all the emails I sent requesting for some help, I have record. Stay as much as possible away from Stayfit.
