[Resolved] Stayzilla — Hotelier misbehaved with family and didn't allow o check in booking made through stayzilla | |||||
Sorry to inform you that the hotel which I booked in that they didn't provide me to check in with my family. Initially the hotel guy asked for id proof so i provided my govertment id proof (voter id), then he started asking for my wife's id proof luckily she had her driving licence. Then he started saying that how he will believe you people are married even though she is wearing(mangal sutra) unfortunately we were not carrying marriage certificate with us at that time. I can understand te situation as it was late night where i could take my family to any other place as it was unknown to me so i requested provide me two seperate rooms for that also they didnt allowed whole night i stayed at railway station waiting hall and for this stayzilla didnt helped at all.They behaved unmannered way and very rudely. Hotel name- Al zaiqa Booking id[protected][protected] I am having all call records which I had with Stayzilla regarding booking. They are saying hotelier won't provide rooms for unmarried couples but its wrong I am married and I have my marriage certificate I can provide once I get any response from your end. Is this a way this people treat their customers? This is the second time I suffered this kind of misbehaviour and disrespect from hotelier and I informed the same to Stayzilla at the same time but they didn't took any action and not even willing to refund my paid amount of Rs.1200. Even this was paid booking and not even provided to stay with family. Me and my family was suffered by staying at railway station platform at midnight. I have all proper evidence and recordings which had with your representatives. So this time definitely gonna give case in consumer forum on your website for adding this kind of cheap third rate hotels in your website and kindly refund my paid amount Rs.1200.
