[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — 100% fraud employees & company | |||||
Hi I am from ahmedabad, sometime back i met with a sales executive (Mr deepak mishra & his manager mr pratik kulkarni) of sterling holidays at a jewellery shop (Pcj jewellers). He offered me a very lucrative holiday package plan. On the basis of his presentation i made payment through credit card of approx 80k. Next day after reading the sales brochure i came to know about fake promises made by sterling's executive. Immediately i cancelled by booking by writing email to their customer care. After repeated followup i got my refund in 3 months that made felt harassed. The customer care are too very unresponsive. They do not provide any information on email or any other written form. Although i got my money. I request everyone to stay away from sterling holidays. These people employs only fraud. Entire organization is set up on the foundation of cheating and fraud.
