I am already in touch with your team from last one month without any solution. Previously they were saying that they will provide us the recording in which we confirmed the membership, now we are chasing them to provide or let us listen the same but they are not replying. Now they are saying that we cannot share it with you but we will try so that you can listen it on phone.
I am surprised, if your company business is transparent then why they are not transferring the recording. I am very sure that we denied and i m sure the Sterling also know that we denied and this is the reason we are suffering.
None of your team is responding me well. Not even your customer care, infact they said if you feel cheated you can go to court, the best way Sterling want to clean sweep.
If you want to contact us, please call on [protected], Shekhar tripathi, he is my brother and the membership is on the name of Sadhana Tripathi (My mother). I am abroad and i don't have the Membership ID for now.

Yes i know. This type of things done by your sales team is quite incomparative. No transparency in the business.

i WANT TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND WANT REFUND.You donot have resorts in coorg and you lied to us that you have.You dont have resorts in any prime locations(Tourists place).
We just used your membership once, we will pay the charges but want to cancel it.We asked to cancel this before aswell (15 days of taking membership).

This is enough...we have lost our patience completely now. Really getting fed up with the things going on. Don't know what is the term & conditions between Sterling and RCI...your sales executive person who is supposed to say to us also, hasn't told any of these to us at the time of signing the agreement.
Already mentioned in my previous mail dated: 7th Sept - Commitment given by Shanmugam - 1 international trip, 2 domestic trip with complete free of stay accommodation, free sight seeing offered with cab & guide, free food inside the resort...
Almost for more than a week RCI is calling up and speaking to us (Maria, Ravi, Arkko ) only Today and just Now when RCI person named Arkko spoke with us...saying we need to pay for the accomodation at Malaysia...RCI doesnt gives any thing free, only in discounted rate...this was not mentioned to us by Shanmugam nor by any person from sterling team
Flight charge we have to take care, accommodation also we will have to pay and all the expenses if we have to bore, then what is the purpose of going into membership...
So we are done with it...not even one more day also we are interested to continue our relationship with Sterling Holidays...If initial stage itself if things are going so wrong and you guys are giving so much of false promises and fake commitments...whats the use of taking this 25 years of membership. Can't even imagine... I don't want to take such a risk for the rest of my life time. This is the first time I had a membership with Sterling and a very bad and worst experience ...Learnt a very big lesson...OMG
Pls stop cheating people and their money yar... if you are not able to do a business with justice...pls close down your shop and walk away...I am literally cursing from my heart and writing this mail. Only I knew how hard I earned this money and don't want to just give away like this to you guys at free of cost
Pls pay back our hard earned money the initial amt of 1, 36, 640 + 3 month EMI 11, 497pm = Total : Rs.171131/- to be settled immediately.
Pls just tell us what is the membership cancellation procedure...May to Sep 5 months you guys given many mental pressure...Pls put an END to it...
