[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — cancellation of membership & refund of amount | |
This refers to the membership taken by me for sterling holidays under customer id 1229340. We were informed that we will be charged an amount of rs. 95, 387/- per annum. However, subsequently, the amount was unilaterally increased to 1, 58, 000/- p. A. Even after informing various times that we want to cancel the subscription, my account was unilaterally charged for rs. 28, 347. We were not even given a prior notice of the exorbitant amounts charged towards membership. I feel oppressed and helpless.
