[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — Cancellation of my membership and refund | |||
On 15/08/2016 i had applied for membership application no18031787 and had has paid Rs 70210 by my credit card recipt no 032779 dated 15/08/2016 and cash of Rs 29158 recipt no 020111 dated nil. later on i informed by phone that i dont wish to be a member and want to cancel the membership .they informed me to that you will recive a welcome call and that time you may reply about cancellation of membership . i had written mail and sent back the welcome kit the same day we recived it now they are not answering me and refunding my money they say that i have confrimed on phone during the welcome call and when asked to play the call recordings they say that they had called the alternate number which was not at all working due to we were traveling abroad i had given tha proof and all detailks still no reply Was this information helpful? | |||
