[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — cancellation of my sterling membership | |||||
Hi, My name is shibu i have taken a membership in sterling holiday june 25. Marketing executive manu from kochin came to aida hotel kottayam had a get-together. With many family. I came with my family at 2.30 pm and manu explained all the details. He has made many false information. 1) st the initial payment 1, 06, 000 is taken from credit card on monthly installment of rs 8833 per month for the next one year. 2) other than the rci holiday package there is another special package from kochi it is an international package which includes site seeing, food and accommodation for a family. All these things are written in a white paper and told me many times on word of mouth and these representatives came to aida hotel with your id. And i believed what they told me. When i get the welcome call from chennai i have asked about this. Then she was not aware of it and contacted him executive manu again he said it is a separate package from kochi which chennai people does't know. After some days i got call from kochi and again i have asked same question whether i have special tour package she was also not aware of it and she asked me to contact manu for that. I called him again he said she is new lady she does't know the package information so i believed him. I used to make make credit card payment automatically on 4/8/2017 all my the initial payment 1, 06, 000 is taken with out installment, it is a breach of trust also i came to know from the kochin office that there is no such special package exists. I have taken the package only because of his false commitment and he deceived me many times. Please revert back the the amount taken 1, 06, 000 i want to cancel my subscription.
