Sterling Holiday Resorts — Cancelled my membership! No refund and even no call so far | |||||
My membership no is 1228195, I became a member on 31.03.2016 by paying rupees 26105. But, Unfortunately I got the scenario where I can't pay the Balance EMI for 4 year due to personal problem and I requested to Cancel my membership and refund the amount on 21.04.2016. Only i got reply for mail saying that They will revert in 2 to 3 working days. Then no reply! I reached them Many times thro mob, Their answer a person will call you in few days! A month gone! no one called me.. I cancel my membership due to need of Money. But, they don't understand! Was this information helpful? | |||||
