[Resolved]  Sterling Holiday Resorts — denial of service for sterling holiday timeshare members

This is with regards to cheating from the sterling holidays resorts, who deny holiday booking for their loyal timeshare members to sell in open market. I have been trying to book a holiday at karwar resort after 23-dec-2017, however response was all rooms were already booked & no rooms available after 21-dec. However i can see the availability on all web sites & we can gurantee they keep selling till 23-dec for the same week, incl they will send emails to me saying rooms are being fast filled to buy.

This is a clear case of cheating to deny service to timeshare members as i have been facing this challenge for 3-4 years at every peak season. Initially they used to booking opens at 90 days earlier & all were sold out on the same day. Now they are claiming booking opens at 120 days and story repeats to sell rooms at open market to deny service for timeshare members who have paid lakhs of rupees upfront.

Regret to be the member of sterling holidays & trying to react to the cheating company, at least others should not fall for their promises even if i don't get service or compensation in this case. If they claim all rooms were reserved for members have already been booked, can they share the call records & confirmation vouchers of such bookings to public who question their service?
