[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — Fraud done, wrong package given | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have to raise a complaint against Mr. Mahindrasinh Jadeja ( Sterling Holidays – Surat Branch). My Self Mr. Alpesh Gurusharan Prajapati. I had a call from Sterling to attend a seminar held at Vadodara on dated 6/12/2015. In that seminar I met to Mr. Mahindrasinh Jadeja. And in that seminar He commited to Me & my wife for a one year one time payment of Rs. 24, 879.00/- package for 7 night & 8 days + 2 night & 3 days (for attending seminar) (Total 9 nights & 10 days) with including Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Also Mr.Jesal Jayant Barot (Branch Incharge of Surat Branch) also commited and confirm above package, which I have written in my form copy. But after some days I got a call from sterling about 25 years package, than for a first time I refuse that call. After that Mr. Mahindrasinh called me and confirm that this is just welcome call you say yes for that but package which you will get that as per commitment and no amount will deduct from my credit card. So I said yes to welcome for on second call. But after few days I got Package as per welcome call taken by me. And also Rs. 6, 123.00/- were deducted from my credit card on 8/2/2016. So I tried really hard to contact Sterling Holidays Surat Branch & Mr. Mahendrasinh Jadeja for this Issues. But only fake commitment given by him. Only I called him everytime. Sometime he switched off his phone. Sometimes he told me I am busy but no solution of my problem. Also I called at Surat branch & complained about Mr. Mahendrasinh Jadeja but they also neither call back nor did anything about my problem. After almost 3 months still I didn’t get my package and not even my money Rs. 6, 123.00/- which were deducted without my permission. So finally I am writing this mail to Sterling Holidays that I don’t want any packages from you. But please give my full money back in my account. Because seriously I tired from all this things. I didn’t expect this type of issues from Sterling Holidays; it will give you negative publicity to you. I also never join sterling in future and never recommended to my relatives, friends, colleague etc. Also if my problem will not solve within a week, I should go to take a legal action against Sterling Surat branch & Mr. Mahindarsinh Jadeja. Also I will complaint in consumer court about all this fraud done by sterling to me. I have all call recordings and massages done with Mr. Mahendrasinh Jadeja & Sterling Holidays welcome call which was I denied first. It will be taken as a proof. Jan 3, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I got all my money back & also they had cancel my membership. Sterling Holidays Resorts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Till date I have not get any resolution of my above complain. It has been almost three months no one is communicate me yet.
I am highly dissatisfied by this kind of delaying and hiding yourself with the customer.
