Respected sir, We want to complaint against company and specially two persons named mr lucky verma and mr. Gagan ghai who are company"s representatives. They misguided us and after alot of e-mails and phone calls they are not refunding our money even after cancellation of membership. According to company rules we made cancellation with in 20 days. Its going to be one year. Now they are not receiving our calls. Whenever we called them up they either transferred our call to another person or gave us phone numbers of another person of the company We want our full money back with in this month and written sorry note. From both mr. Lucky verma & mr. Gagan ghai. If they dont refund our money back we will make case against them for misguiding people for memberships, cheating public and doing fraud on behalf of company. Thanks.
