[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — Membership EMI's being overcharged and despite endless emails, no one is ready to cancel the membership | |||||
Membership id 1229074 I had registered with sterling holidays 1 year back I have been cheated upon by your agents, they had told me to pay 6000₹ plus emi for about 1 year and then to continue with the membership if I liked the overall experience with sterling. Then the same EMIs will continue for another 2 years. From past one year I could not utilise the holidays. Now i have been automatically charged 16300 ₹ in the name of sterling holidays emi for another year This is non refundable acc to the customer care centre. Why such false promises by your agents? And if i go in for cancellation, i have been told the entire money is wasted, wont be refunded, neither can i avail the holidays which were offered. If there is any other way out like freezing the membership for some time period and then continuing with the EMIs or Continuing with the same amount of EMI's for next 2 years till the fee is paid off Please let me know In case there are no solutions possible, please proceed with cancellation of the membership as I won't be able to pay such a huge amount in EMIs Was this information helpful? | |||||
