[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — No resort is never available on days I have asked | |||||
My membership number is 70356 and i am a member i don't even remember.. May be 15 years now. Tragedy is that i have never ever been able to use my vacation week ever in my life. Only once about 10-12 years back i took for manali which was also not used as i did not like the room i was given. So practically i have never used my vacation week with sterling ever since i have taken the membership. Recent example is - i asked for 27th june to 29th june at mussoorie and i was told that nothing is available on these dates and i should try 28the june to 30th june. Now when i sent request for 30th june to 2nd july, again there is nothing available and i am asked to book for 2nd july to 4th july. I am really disappointed and i think i made a big mistake by taking the membership as you can also see that my days have always lapsed and i have never used them. ONCE AGAIN A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FROM STERLING. NOT EVEN GETTING A DECENT PRICE IN THE MARKET OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE SOLD MY SHARE.
