Sir, i had gotton membership from sterling holidays resort india with form no.[protected] on dated 25/11/2015 and membership no 1224989. I have been told much about company and its hospitality. But i am sorry to say that they have not any hospitality in company many fraud comitments have been made by their representatives asish & bhavesh which still not fulfilled. Since the date i got membership till now no one is there listen me. I have paid appropriate amount with credit card rs.55000/- & debit card rs.35315/-. I had written to them on dated 2 dec 2015. To cancel my membership after that many times & made complaint on toll free no.[protected] but no response given still now. I made written complaint at their mohali office to manju but no response then mr sandeep choudhary contacted me now he is writting to made complaint to feedback... Mr. Bhavesh is telling that my duty is only on sales i could not do anything. Above all person & your company is responsible for harrasing me mentally & physically in any case of mental & physical mishappening with above all among company is respondible. Er. Rajesh kumar

Updated by Rohitasve Sir it is too pity again i have written you to cancel my membership and refund my payment manny times but you never repond.i call you your toll free no call attended by Sareeta no.02086144, then on date 18/8/2016 no.01824872.Sareeta told me that your cheque for refund has been requested to higher authorities wait for 7-8 days but till today no response from you.Since morning i am calling your representative Manna attended call no.01824872 but could answer saticfactory. Sir you have not taken any action still now so i am going take action against you and your representatives. RAJESH.

Updated by Rohitasve Sir still on date no complaint has been resolved last week Harwinder Singh from Mohali office of company came to me i gave him in written to refund dues and cancel membership but on 7december 2017 company has debitted Rs.7409/ from my account even i had written to bank canara at Nabha to stop any payment to sterling even then payment has been debited against my concern it too harrasment to me sir please take hard action against bank and sterling holiday resorts give me justice help me to get back my dues. I will be thankful to you. Rajesh.

Updated by Rohitasve Sir it too pity that since last dated 25 november 2015 company is harrasing me not answering my phone calls as well mails even now eying on my bank account i think some bank person from Nabha branch are also involved in this cheating they have debitted 7499/-from my account i am send ing copy of stop payment request also. Please take action all culprits. Rajesh
