Sterling Holiday Resorts — No services, harrasment by dealing peersons | |||||
Sir, i had gotton membership from sterling holidays resort india with form no.[protected] on dated 25/11/2015 and membership no 1224989. I have been told much about company and its hospitality. But i am sorry to say that they have not any hospitality in company many fraud comitments have been made by their representatives asish & bhavesh which still not fulfilled. Since the date i got membership till now no one is there listen me. I have paid appropriate amount with credit card rs.55000/- & debit card rs.35315/-. I had written to them on dated 2 dec 2015. To cancel my membership after that many times & made complaint on toll free no.[protected] but no response given still now. I made written complaint at their mohali office to manju but no response then mr sandeep choudhary contacted me now he is writting to made complaint to feedback... Mr. Bhavesh is telling that my duty is only on sales i could not do anything. Above all person & your company is responsible for harrasing me mentally & physically in any case of mental & physical mishappening with above all among company is respondible. Er.
