[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — Not providing me the status of refund even after 70 calls everyday | |||||
I have already filed a complaint against Sterling regarding my refund but nobody has contacted me even after 10 days. Every time I call Sterling they are telling me that that refund will only happen after 3 months and not before that. Who will pay the interest for these 3 months?? Can someone please call me at [protected] and help me in taking a strict action against Sterling holidays so that I can get a refund. Their sales representatives are even threatening me that they will not take any action on my request and will stop answering my calls.
