[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — Refund of membership money | |||
Sterling holiday resort representative cited me the benefits of membership with RCI membership & offered four week international holiday, 10night/11 days holiday at sterling resort, Rs. 5000 food vouchers and some cash back. He asked for down payment of around about 96 thousand. but they sent a letter of membership in which the offers are different from what they have promised. The said executive after signing the application form and other formalities.I have email company about this issue but no responce from there. I dont want to be a member of such cheater company. I have not used any facility of sterling hoildays and now want my money back. They threat us by saying now your EMI will also be auto debited from my bank account.
