Sterling Holiday Resorts — refund of rs 106000 | |||||
Sterling holidays is not refund rs106000 saying to submit valid proof of commitments given by there sales person. All phone recording have been submitted but they are in denial mode and do not want to accept that there sales person made fales commitment and taken money. We have not used any of there holidays still they do not want to refund our money by given excuse that proof is not valid. They do not record offers and commitments made by there sales person and instead increase hardship of customer by asking proof of commitment. In this hospitality industry they are putting customers in hardship by taking money and not refunding even customer has not used any of there services. Never trust sterling sales person.
