[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — sterling holidays resorts false commitments, mislead and irresponsible sales executives | |
Hello, I am member of sterling from 2016 and still paying emis. I have already paid 20 emis and still 28 are remaining but not avail any accommodation yet. Initially, sterling executives told that i can avail accomodation on any day but later i came to know that there is restriction and i can avail accomodation only for selected days or months because i have opted lower package of rs 2, 50, 000. I am paying lacs of rs and now i have to make vacation plan based of sterling resort availability. Seriously too much. There was no clear description about policies when they asked to join. Sales executive officer of sterling who brie[censored]s about the plan never picked up my calls Eventually, we have spent so much money for the false commitments they made but not got at all useful benefits and not taking it anymore. For any booking, we have to followup so much as our plan is of lower cost as compare to other plan. We are pissed off. Also, due to gst we have got text from your company that we have to pay extra amount due to gst + late charge as well. Why we will pay? In future also, we have to paying every year maintenance of 7000 rs if we have to avail room facility which was never told to us. I haven't availed any full memebership accomodation except free offers whcih they used to trapped us. Please close my account without any further assistance and return my 20 emis amount and initial installments of 24000rs which got deducted from my bank account. Please refund my money otherwise i know to get back money. Will raise a complain on other higher authorities as well. Waiting for your reply.
