I had applied for the membership of Sterling Holidays ( form no :[protected] on 26/05/2015 at Mumbai after the presentation by Marketing Executive Mr. Aamir who first swiped my credit card for sum of 24, 414 before filling membership form . I sent first email to the company for cancellation of membership on 01/06/2015 and I also sent by registered post on 02/06/2015. Since I had applied for cancellation within stipulated 10 days as the condition mentioned in the membership form, I am entitled to full refund of my money upon cancellation, So far I haven't received any confirmation mail/ email of cancellation of membership and also I want to know when & how the company is going to refund my money.
