Sterling Holidays — Cheated with a degraded room allotment

Hi,
I am Vijayakumar V and my mobile number is [protected]. I booked through Sterling online site for Kodai - Valley resort for 26th and 27th April 2015. I booked a Privilege Suite (Privilege suite was INR 4750 and Classic suite was INR 2750 per nite excluding tax). I have been allocated with a classic room which I complained to the resort people immediately without any response. Also I had complained during checkout also.
Now I am not getting any response either from Sterling or the resort people. Both are asking me to contact each other and I am tired of calling both resort and Sterling customer care. Also there is no response for the mail I sent (only I received a automated acknowledgement mail as a response till now).
