Happy Families!. It was a big mistake on my part to fall in a trap laid by your company by believing in your company commitments & took the membership in the month of Oct, 2014 (After too much pressure from your sales team). I had decided to enjoy my first sterling family holiday at Nainital. I was told by your above team members that if i pay my pay the remaining EMI, sterling will give you three days of booking at Nainital from 5th march to 8th march 2015. The above team members also took the approval from their senior officers. I paid the remaining amount (Rs. 1, 53, 614) on 16/2/15 after getting the commitment from the sterling holidays for the booking. We were delighted & my family was excited & we planned for the above. To our night mare, on the eve of our vacation, you pleaded sorry for non availability of the rooms at naintal for the above period & declined your commitment. Our plan was shattered. We had to reschedule our vacation then. The whole family had to go through the mental trauma & agony and our kids were broken. We were burdened both financially & mentally with you not keeping your commitment. I urge you to cancel my membership & refund my full amount of Rs.2, 57, 542=00 along with the interest @24%. I also claim for the compensation amount of Rs. 2, 00, 000=00 towards mental agony & financial burden because of rescheduling my vacation. I had also written a mail on 2/3/15 (ref no[protected] in regards to have but you didnot bother to resolve the issue till date. I had also requested for the cancellation of my membership (ref no[protected] on 4/3/15 but again no response till date. I am forced to write this letter. If you fail to refund me the full amount including the interest & compensation, i shall be forced to take the legal action against your cheat dealing & making our first sterling holiday a nightmare. DONOT TAKE ME LIGHTLY. I AM NO ORDINARY PERSON. MY SUFFERING WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN TO MY FAMILY IS MY DRIVING FORCE FOR MY FIGHT.
