Sterling Holidays — Fraudly taken money from credit card without my consent | |||
I was enquired for Membership on Sterling Holidays website and after that with prior appointment, On Sun, Nov 30, 2014 one sales representative Mr. Tophan Barik from Mumbai came at my house on 2:30 PM at Jaipur to show the demo and explanation about Membership Plan. He told so many benefits and membership fees, During the discussion, he also asked my credit card information just to verify whether my credit card is applicable to any offer or not and he called to sterling offer officer at Chennai and during his talk over phone he provided my credit card no. and expiry date after that without my permission he debited amount from my account as downpayment without my concern. Same time I got the message shows that INR 22, 193.00 has been deducted from my credit card as down payment. After 2 days, I got a message that welcome to the sterling, and Got the welcome call. I immediately refused to take the membership, and they told they will cancel the membership and revert my money back but as of today I did not get any response from them. I have not signed any single document and doesn't provide any ID proof still they created my membership without my information. Request you please return my money back as its already 4 Months passed I have not seen any action from Sterling Holidays. Was this information helpful? | |||
