Sterling Holidays — Misbehavior by Mr.Kashif at Deora Hyundai Jodhpur. | |||
We were called upon for a meet by Sterling Holidays to collect a Gift Voucher for stay in there resort.Where the co's representative Mr. Kasif atttended us and started advertising about there membership packages. Presentation was ok and at most I made my mind to accept the membership, but I immediately was surprised to hear from your executive that only 2 % from the called upon guests take our membership and rest who dont except the membership have money problem so if you dont except our membership it means you have same problem. Such a warm welcome and insult of guest was very disappointing. A guest can reject any product by several reasons. There are many co's better than sterling holidays giving better offers can be the reason also but the only reason if a guest rejects your membership is money problem. I imediately asked Mr. Kasif to repeat what they said and fluently he reapeated the same lines very badly which created a very embarassing situation for me and my wife.I refused to accept the gift voucher after such a insult. If this kind of welcome was supposed to be of sterling holidays then I thank God to stop me from excepting your membership.But I know Company engaged in service & hospitality can not do so.
