Sterling Holidays — Misleading and making false commitment and forcible giving their membership of 25 years | |||||
Pratik Kulkarni, sales person from Sterling Holidays offers us trial member ship valid for 1.5 years and which can be further extended by 1.5 years having offers of 12 nights domestic free at sterling resorts in India and 1 week international free at RCI and Rs 7000 cash back .Instead we received email from sterling after 2 months stating we have taken there membership of 25 years for Rs 5 lac for which down payment is paid Rs106000. We were shocked and asked them to offer us what was committed at time of taking payment. They have even approached our bank to payment of installment for next year. We have been calling Pratik and there company in chennai . Chennai office says now you cannot get refund as you have taken membership. They are forcing membership on us and misleading.
