[Resolved] Sterling Holidays — refusing to refund my amount | |||
While surfing I came to know about Sterling Holidays. When I called one Mr. Sohil attended the call. his no is [protected]. After few words he convinced me to pay through my credit card. Judging my hesitation to pay, he said that if within 10 days I do not feel to continue, my entire amount would be refunded. Thinking that there is no harm, I paid him at that moment through my credit card. But later when I told him that I want my money back he unduly stretched the matter. And today Mr. Ajith George, Asst. Manager Sterling Holidays, Chennai, who also FIRST tried to convince me not to ask for refund, now says that I cannot get the money back. Alhad Sabadra, Dhule.
