[Resolved] Sterling Holidays Resorts — aac charges complaint | |||
My membership number is 63799 & i have a sterling timeshare since 1995 under 99 years lease agreement I have utlised the services of the company only twice or thrice. My observation s areas under : 1. Aac started by company is abreach of trust with customers, specially customers who are more than 20 yrs old 2. Aac being charges at exhorbitant rates. A part from aac charges for room occupancy 3. No efforts by the company to facilitate customers to go on holidays 4. Hundereds of call recieved to pay outstanding aaz. Each executive told to resolve issue of waiver of aac with top management of company or some decision maker to call back but no such callrecd 5 aac charges for 1 year is around 5700/- against which we get 7 days book aroom as walk in customer the same is avaliable at same rate. What is meaning of paying for sterling membership My request is to wave off aac for more than 20 years old customers who have bought the older product ie 99 years timeshare My mobile number & email id available in your database Note : pls refer same topic 1.
