Sterling Holidays Resorts — abnormal annuity charges

I had been a member since several years
No 96082 i had been paying aac charges around 7000rs including utility charges now they are demanding 24000 rs please respond asap i have attached document and receipt of charges i have paid since 2001 inclusive o[censored]tility charges sterling resorts people are not able to understand the problem how can they suddenly change the utility charges which they have not collected since the inception of policy
