I have enrolled for sterling membership in october 2017. The main reason for taking this membership was to have get trail experience of their property. I have informed them in advance (20 days) to book a resort. Still, i didn't get my booking. And now i don't want to continue this membership. But they are not ready to refund my amount.
When i attended their presentation. They did not inform me about any of their policies. Mrundang and pranay (Employee of sterling) were explaining about membership.
