My customer no is 57222 and i have a sterling timeshare since 1995 ie nearly 28 years under the 99years lease agreement. I have utilised the services of the company only twice or thrice. My observations areas under:
(A) aac started by company is a breach of trust with customers, specially customrs who are more than 20yrs old.
(B) aac being charges at exhorbitant rates.
(C) no efforts by the company to facilitate customers to go on holidays.
(D) hundreds of calls recd to pay outstanding aac. Each executive told to resolve issue of waiver of aac with top management of company or some decisonmaker to call back but no such call recd.
My requirement:waive off aac for more than 20 year old customers who have bought the older product ie 99years timeshare.
