Sterling Holidays Resorts — bad behaviour of front desk staff | |||
We had booked 2 rooms in shirdi, sai wada on 30th november, 2017 nearly a month in advance. We had called the resort many times to tell them to give us 2 rooms close by since we were a family travelling. Each time we were told that the internet wasn't working, etc. When we went there, rooms given were so far away. The front desk person was rude and showed great attitude. Please improve your services.
