Two weeks back[protected] to[protected] with my family i had stayed in sterling holidays munnar. I had experienced a very bad treat from staff especially from restaurant supervisor a lady named remik. She treated us in a very bad manner. She is not doing her duty simply sitting and mobile chatting. She is not explaining about the food details. She used to stare us in a mocking way. Really a very bad experience.
