Sterling Holidays Resorts — cancellation of my membership and refund my money

I kumaran having membership id no. 1244198 of your holiday group wants to cancel my membership due to false information and asking to pay extra cash for maintenance charge, for extra bed, etc.
On 16th november, we were called by regina from chennai office for the seminar where the information about the membership was given by executive sathish and sheik mohammad, the information was nothing but full of false hopes.
