Dear Team,
I have submitted the written notice for cancellation on 20th Jan 2016 on mail but no response received . Because of my financial problems i can not continue the membership so i have decided for cancellation . This is really pathetic your customer service is very poor. 6 years has been gone but my amount is not refunded till date. Requested you kindly refund my money as per policy otherwise i will be move on consumer forum . Related details is on below mail:-
