Sterling Holidays Resorts — fake commitment by sales and worst customer support

Dear, my name is manish singh, contact number -[protected], [protected] and membership id is 1235284, sales team of sterling gave several fake promises like ₹42000 cash card of hdfc, no problems even in part payments etc.. I paid more then ₹80000 till now to them and still now i am not allowed to access 1 day free trip to any of their resort, they delay it due to any reasons and ask me to continue to pay balance and even not waiving off that ₹42000 rs.
Dissatisfied with sterling sales and services, ₹80000 is my hard earned money and i want it back can any guide me how it can be done.
