This is ranvijay singh. I am a new member of your company and my membership id is 1239572. I was sold this membership by mr abdul sharooqe of kolkata. He committed to give free food coupon worth rupees 10000 and 2 free rci week while taking membership fee but now he and others such mr dubro and mr ankan and one madam all from kolkata branch to whom i discussed this issue is not responding to my calls after listening. I just want to know is this policy of your company to cheat people or they are doing on individual basis. Please respond
