[Resolved]  Sterling Holidays Resorts — false information provided/membership cancellation

My membership number is 1236856. One of your representatives visited our home and provided us with details. He mentioned that the rci membership is free and i later found out that it is valid for 2 years only out of which we won't be eligible for first year because our emi will still be running.

I then asked for membership to be cancelled on the day i received the card and asked for refund for inr 40000. Mr. Manavalan, who is handling the cancellation told me that he won't refund a single rupee and the representative who came to my house wants me to visit the branch office to resolve the case.

I am requesting the team to cancel the membership and refund the amount beacuse financial hardships which i have recently been subjected to.

This is completely false, as your website clearly mentions that RCI membership is free for two years. And the first 20 families RCI membership was not discussed in the welcome call. I hereby request you to refund my membership amount in the light of the false information shared by your representative.
