[Resolved] Sterling Holidays Resorts — membership fees refund

Myself praveen kumar mundra and my id is 1239405 in company... I was paid down paymentnof rs.41738/- on 29/06/2018 and one installment of rs.17787/-emi also dedcuted by you from my bank account..

Due to some urgent personal and health issues i couldn't continue my membership on company and request to cancel my membership. I request for refund within 10 days from receipt of card to me by post.
But they deny me for refund, while i not take any services from company. They not understand me the full terms and conditions of the membership and refund.
