We made a booking which was tentative and seeing the T&Cs which mentioned that the booking can be cancelled 48 hours prior to checking.
However within booking in an hour, our plan changed and we reached out to customer care support, there was no response on the IVR. WE MADE ATLEAST 10 attempts.
Then after we checked on the website which showed a manage booking option, on entering the booking ID and selecting cancel- there was nothing being displayed. Post cancelling, the message loaded that entire amount has been deducted!!!
We again reached out to customer care but nobody picked on 3 June ( same day as booking).
We wrote emails and got no response on them.
It’s 4th June today and customer care is again not picking and still not received any reply on email.
As per their website their business hours are open currently.
Please help with the refund its our hard earned money!!!
