[Resolved] Sterling Holidays Resorts — No Refund for cancellation

I had booked Sterling Durshet - Nature Trails on 10th Feb for March 5th-March6th 2021 (2 Rooms for 5 People and 1 Infant). I cancelled this trip as 3 members got detected for covid and cancelled this trip well in advance on 22nd Feb . I called and cancelled this trip and also mailed the information (Account number ) and they assured me that i will get a refund in 7 days . Its been more than 10 days now and i have never recieved any acknowledgement for my Email .On Call they always say they are waiting for approval . No Idea what this approval is . I have sent multiple mails (6-7 Mails) from 22nd Feb for cancellation acknowledgement but havent received any response for them . They said i will be getting 90% refund but havent got it till now . Please let me know what is the status of my refund and when will i get it ? Now They have stopped taking my calls too.
