Sterling Holidays Resorts — non refund of the amount for cancellation in the wake of delay of dispatching membership | |||
My name is sudhir kumar and i had paid an amount of inr 116795 for membership through cheque to one of the employees of sterling holiday, mr. Amit kumar chaurasia. He assured me to receive the membership kit within a week. Even another employee, mr. Nikhil mishra too assured me that i'll get the membership kit within a week. I got a call from a lady working as a customer support at sterling holidays who assured me the delivery of membership kit within 45 days. But i finally got the membership kit in my email after 2 months. Due to delay in delivering the membership kit, i had to plan my vacation at my own expense which cost me more than what it had cost me if i had made the reservations before. Hence i requested the cancellation of my membership at [protected]@sterlingholidays.com. I finally got a call on november 16, 2017, from mr. Manav who deals with cancellation of membership. And he told me that my membership would be canceled without refund of any money. Certainly, this will call for taking legal action against the company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please dont buy sterling membership...All people are making fraud and gulping up hard earned money of ordinary people.
